some common FAQs

Yes, everything is included. In terms of timings if you choose for example, our recommended 3hr package this is three hours of booth/party time for you and your guests. We will arrive around an hour before this time to ensure everything is set up & ready to go!

Absolutely not! We may be one of the few to do this but all our print packages include unlimited prints for you and your guests, no hidden extras lurking here!

With all of our packages you will receive a link to an online gallery within 48 hours which you can share with your guests and download from, & is accessible for TWO years!
With our mirror and enclosed booth packages you will also receive a USB stick at the end of the night with all your photos on to take away with you in case you wanted to have a look on the taxi ride home!

Now we’re talking! You’ll hear from us about 6 weeks before your event to go through any finer details and to get the designs nailed down for your photo templates or video overlay. We have an extensive selection you can choose or cherry pick from, or if you’d like something more custom e.g. to match your wedding signage just say the word and we’ll come running!
